had such a great experience at Off London Hair today. I went in thinking I wanted an ash brown colour, but after a consultation with Izzy and another lovely stylist, they explained that because my hair has natural warmth, ash brown wouldn’t actually work and I’d end up wasting my time and money. I really appreciated their honesty and expertise. We ended up going with beautiful warm tease light foils instead, and I am SO happy with the result. My hair now has these gorgeous warm light brown tones through it and looks so natural and sun-kissed. Izzy was amazing her customer service was perfect and she made the whole experience feel so easy and comfortable. The whole studio is also so lovely, everyone there is friendly, welcoming and really comforting which makes the experience even better. I’ve been coming to Off London Hair for a few years now and they seriously never miss. Every time I leave feeling so happy with my hair. Thank you so much Off London Hair! ❤️

I am a new client and was very sceptical as I’m very fussy with my hair. They listen to me and guided me. Once they finished I was like yeah It’s nice. But this morning when I did my hair, I could really see what they had done and I absolutely love it. These guys are amazing! Made a late afternoon call not only they accommodated me in last minute but the service was fantastic. Professional polite and super friendly. Bella did an amazing blow dry in the short time I had.. no appointment not enough time and still friendly service.. and my hair looks amazing! Thank you guys!
